By using the Site, submitting a form, or providing your phone number to us, you agree to these Terms.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
When you provide your mobile phone number through our website contact form, a Facebook Lead Ad, or otherwise share it with McCart and Remodel LLC, you agree to the following SMS terms:
4.1 Program Description
McCart and Remodel LLC sends customer care text messages from the phone number associated with our business. Messages may include:

- Estimate confirmations and follow-up

By submitting a contact form on mccartremodel.com that includes a phone number and the SMS consent checkbox, by submitting a Facebook Lead Ad form for McCart, or by directly providing your phone number to a representative, you give your express consent to receive text messages from McCart and Remodel LLC at the number provided.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can decline to receive SMS without affecting our ability to do business with you by other means (phone, email, in person).
4.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project status. Most contacts will receive only a handful of messages while their project or inquiry is active.
