Between the humidity, the shade, and the sprinklers, every horizontal surface in Pasco County is a growing medium. Driveways go green. Pool decks get slick. Pressure versus soft wash

Concrete can take real pressure. Stucco, painted surfaces and screens cannot, and plenty of people find that out after somebody etches lines into their wall. Hard surfaces get a surface cleaner for even results with no wand striping. Everything softer gets a low-pressure detergent application that kills the organic growth and rinses clean.

The right answer changes surface by surface across a single house, which is why this is not really a one-machine job.

What is not included

Noah does not clean roofs and does not rescreen or repair screen enclosures and pool cages. Roof cleaning falls under the roofing license in Florida, and screen work is licensed separately in Pasco County. He will clean the lanai floor and the concrete around your cage. He will not touch the cage.

Questions people actually ask

How often should I have this done in Pasco County?

Most houses look right on an annual cycle. Shaded north sides, screened lanais and anything under an oak canopy often want it every eight to ten months. Sunny, open driveways can stretch to eighteen.

Will pressure washing damage my pavers?

Not at the right pressure and angle, but it does blow out the joint sand, which is why the sand has to go back in afterward. A paver cleaning that skips the re-sand looks great for a month and then starts shifting and growing weeds.

Can you get the rust stains off my driveway?

Usually. Rust from sprinkler water and fertilizer needs a specific rust remover, not more pressure, and it comes off surprisingly well. Tire marks and oil are a different chemistry and a different conversation. Old, deeply set oil sometimes does not fully come out and Noah will tell you that before he takes your money.

Do you need to use my water?

Yes, an outside spigot and a working hose bib. It is a normal amount of water, comparable to a long irrigation cycle.

Do I need to be home?

No, as long as the gate is unlocked and the spigot is accessible. Plenty of people come home to a clean driveway and a text with the before and after.
