Trinity sits at the junction where Pasco, Hillsborough and Pinellas counties meet, in ZIP 34655. It went from 4,279 people in 2000 to nearly 12,000 in 2020, developed starting in the late 1980s by James Gills and named for Trinity College of Florida.

Two numbers explain most of the work here. The median age is 47, second oldest of the communities Noah serves. And 82.6 percent of households are married couples. This is a settled, comfortable, largely empty-nest and retiree community that has been in the same houses for twenty years.

The housing built out through the 1990s and 2000s: single-family homes, villas and golf-course properties along Fox Hollow and Heritage Springs. Heritage Springs alone is 1,337 homes built between 1999 and 2006, a 55-plus community with a Ron Garl championship golf course, an 18,500 square foot clubhouse, five single-family subdivisions and nineteen villa subdivisions. Can you install grab bars in my bathroom?

Yes. They go into framing or into proper heavy-duty anchors, not into bare drywall, which is how most of the failures happen. What he cannot do is convert your tub to a walk-in shower, because that is plumbing and needs a licensed plumber.

How long is the drive from Land O’ Lakes?

About sixteen miles, roughly half an hour west on SR 54. Odessa is the halfway point.

My villa kitchen is tiny and dated. What actually helps?

Painted cabinets, new hardware, a backsplash, and getting rid of the dark countertop. In a small kitchen those four things change the entire room, and together they cost a fraction of a replacement. Noah handles all four except the sink hookup.
